The clear plastic on the side should be the power button, you may have to connect it to a usb-c charger to wake it up maybe?

I put together these modded Gameboys.
New ones installed, audio buzz is reduced and should now run better with the IPS screen and a flashcard.
The original ones in these two were different from each other.
