#tavqotd early game for sure. having a worm crawl into your brain via your eye is pretty panic inducing. everything on the ship was gross and weird. then it crashed. kyrus definitely thought they were going to die any second.

#TavQOTD this is temerity, my durge. goes through the events of bg3 alongside kyrus. she's a way of the four elements monk. i've not finished her playthrough, but she ends up with shadowheart and she's a redeemed durge. she starts out confused and scared, but she grows into her own person.

#tavtember #tavqotd kyrus' most prominent scar is across their nose. during a bareknuckle boxing match their opponent slipped on a knuckle duster and broke kyrus' nose and cut it pretty badly (it was a poor punch). kyrus beat the shit out of them and won. they LOVE retelling that story to everyone 🤣

#TavQOTD kyrus has a mohawk and has kept it that way for years "because it's cool" and too much hair is annoying. as a child, they would hack off their hair with a dagger to keep it out of their face. eventually as a teenager a friend taught them how to cut it themselves properly.

#tavqotd in my own head canon my tav is in the game with durge, but it's not the default. she's called temerity. she does profess she is feeling these urges and having flashes of blood lust. kyrus is understandably concerned, but they listen and offer to help, in anyway they can.

#tavqotd kyrus means "sun" or "like the sun". old persian for symbolising radiance. their mother named them that as she felt like kyrus would be her little ray of sun 😭 shame she never got to see them shine.

#TavQotD kyrus doesn't cry, they haven't learnt to release emotions like that yet. they will, eventually. but for now they bottle those feelings and only use anger to help them fight. karlach wonders why kyrus was never a barbarian, they'd be good at it.
