Worse. Europe and Europeans are starting to consider reciprocity. America is not an ally and at the moment is a very dangerous antagonist. The CIA and the State Department are undermining our democracies to try to elect far right Putin shills. The question is what decent Americans will do about it.

I can empathize with decent people in the US, but from the outside (I’m from Portugal) it it just America and an electorate that elected Trump twice and may elect other mobsters like him in the future (de Santis, Vance, Cruz, Cotton, Noem, Miller, et al).

We’re specifically angry because the so-called 2/3 decent americans are not doing enough and are merely pinning their hopes on the 26 midterms that might already be totally compromised. Where are the general strikes? Weekly mass protestes? Massive civil disobedience? Nothing.
