I 100% get it. It’s why i am meticulous about prepping. My house smells like confit garlic right now, but by tomorrow, it’ll smell more like my home again. 😂
Also, some reheated food doesn’t look as pretty to me and i don’t want anything drying out.

I prep most things ahead then cook day of so it’s all hot and fresh. We eat around 2ish.
