I have the same issue. Going full sfw for my animation or doing both sfw and nsfw. It's been a long Time i try to find an answer and i still dont know.

overwatch 2 ? (okay not that much xD ) marvel rivals , delta force etc ! the things is , they are free , not 15 /20 € x)

i can see tactical shooter with a survival theme added, like tarkov / the forever winter ,that's niche (but work)
the l4d2-like (killing floor etc) who work in a certain way
you have those push by big corpo like rainbow six , COD etc
But indy pure tactical shooters ? i dont have name right now x)

well :/, their flop is not only due to their business model or the non-optimization of the netcode/ of the graphics (but it counts)
they chose to do a tactical shooter which is clearly not a style that sells. if it wasnt for the animal theme, the game'd have never be born.
