My next project is Stage-Right of Texas' production of Shakespeare in Love. We will be at the historic Crighton Theatre in downtown Conroe April 4-20.

I'd just heard that Ed Muth passed away yesterday. Ed was my first acting mentor. He taught my first classes, cast me in my first show and my first tech/design.

Observations after about 10 days.

I can't walk slowly to save my life. True, hips so high walk so fast, but still.

Several evenings this week, I pushed through the last 1000 steps to complete the daily goal.

But if I don't walk at lunch, I couldn't motivate myself.

Took some time to walk out at Lake Woodlands. Heard a belted kingfisher but only got blurry blue shots across the lake. Managed to spy the eagle from afar, but also got a nice shot of a cardinal peering through the branches.

Spent a little time in Town Center Park. Caught a few 🪶, mostly Mockingbird in different parts of the park, but I did spy a few others.
