Example on a silver platter why pushing AI use is so harmful. If you have to manually review all of the results it gives you, it's not really even a timesaver. And in the meantime, it has the potential to cause so much harm.

If you've ever cried bc of talking about something distressing, but then couldn't STOP crying even after the conversation moved on, I see you. I was so dysregulated after finishing my psych appt the other day that I came into the kitchen crying while asking my partner to put some pizza rolls in.
