Oh, I have a question since you know about ticks! After I defrosted the tick, when I had blue light it the "palps" would open. If I turned off the light, it would relax and I could make it open again with more light. Are their mouth parts light sensitive?

I didn't because I want to put it in the light sheet later this week so I can have a data set for practicing multi view fusion.

I used both 488 and 561, but this is 561 on a spinning disk

I kept her in the freezer for 3 days to immobilize then made a little chamber with double sided tape. Plopped on a coverslip.

Very scientific 😂

It is the time of the year for ticks! The dog is on tick medication, but I check her face and legs after every walk and there is a good chance their is one hanging out

It's still a maybe. I would obviously love to run my own core.
My husband and I would him to have one Zoom interview before committing. London is expensive and he has always made 2x what I do.
