And being forced inside this cold holiday weekend provided me with some studio time to play and putter! Finished a painting, started needle felting a wee version of my dog, and tried my hand at a Linoprint.

I treated myself to a gel printing plate to play with making monoprints and started arsing around with it tonight. So fun! I think this could be addictive.

After my mom died I had the same problem. One thing that was helpful was setting up a little early morning “beditation” practice with candles and objects from childhood. I was still tired, but way more calm.

Nine years ago today, we repatriated abortion services in PEI after 30 years of no access. We celebrated then and we now have much improved access to all reproductive care as a result! One of the greatest accomplishments of my life to be part of that community driven change

Hi - Canadian here…our govt hasn’t issued a warning. I wouldn’t personally travel to US at the moment though.
