You will remain an inspiration to us all, no matter what any employer does. Sure, it's not always glamorous work but you've somehow manage to blend "treating random people with the utmost respect and positivity" with "tackling the toughest possible problems" for so many years. That's highly sought!!

yesterday an announcement that the TypeScript team is moving the TypeScript compiler codebase to Go elicited "why not Rust" and "why not C#" reactions but no one was shouting "why not Haskell" despite the clear supremacy of pure functional programming.
oh and exactly one "Why not D" was noted
