Trump is deciding who will be the fall guy. We can be sure it will be anyone but Trump.

Why can’t data centers be given a special assessment for their electric usage over and above their electric usage bill. Data centers use lots of electricity? Makes our rates go up? Let the data centers pay their fair share. The community in which they’re built can levy that special assessment.
