I also use earth balance! The stick kind is a bit firmer and works better for baking, I feel. In a pinch, for chocolate recipes, I use avocado as a butter sub too and it is delish.

Pro tip: if you are in Word on a PC go to "check for issues" and "inspect document." If you remove author info and metadata it should strip out the identifying info but keep the track changes/comments. In a Mac go to "protect document" and "remove personal information on save" 🥰
