Four years have passed since then and @maxhoppenstedt.bsky.social & I have just published our newest piece about the German member White Tiger and how he allegedly pushed Jay Taylor, a 13-year-old from the US, into hanging himself. It's the cover story of @spiegel.de print magazine this week.

We work 24/7 with the certainty that we can make Brazil — and the world — a little safer.

May NUPVE-MPRS and the Sin@is Project be replicated across all Brazilian states, and may NUPVE-MPRS continue to be a national and international reference in this field.

Six years ago, when I spoke about all our gaps in this field, I never imagined we would be able to bridge one of them

And the closing session featured Senator Alessandro Vieira, in an incredible and thoughtful conversation about our challenges and gaps in this field.
Also present, as my guest, was the mother of Nicolly Pogere, the young girl who was murdered in July by a couple of teenagers also radicalized online.

Delegate Dr. Lisandra Colabuono, from the Digital Environment Operations Unit (NOAD) of the São Paulo Civil Police, and Judge Dr. Vanessa Cavallieri, from the Juvenile Court of Rio de Janeiro and the “Eu Te Vejo” Protocol, also took part.

I, together with Prosecutor Dr. Fábio Costa Pereira, coordinator of NUPVE, the Center for the Prevention of Extreme Violence of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Rio Grande do Sul, participated alongside the Federal Police’s Cyber Hate Crime Unit, represented by Delegate Dr. Pedro Melo.

After lunch, we continued with the panel that, for the first time, brought together all the institutions on the front lines: the Public Prosecutor’s Office (NUPVE-MPRS), URCOD–Federal Police, NOAD–Civil Police of São Paulo, and a Judge.
