Probably the only and most obvious solution to Russian agression.
The former Prime Minister of Finland, Sanna Marin, explains that the only way the west can avoid decades of war with Russia is to assure that Ukraine pushes Russia completely out of Ukrainian territory, including Crimea.

The point is that, while criminal proceedings are on foot, a royal commission can't look at anything to do with the Bondi shootings or the shooters, including why and how they did it, that is it can't touch on the subject that is its sole reason for being established. It will achieve nothing.
