Yes, I'm looking at something between full amateur licenced and unlicensed PMR, to give me more distance but for people like my XYL who don't have or want a ham licence. Strange people.

I was just looking at licensed PMR for use up here in the Shire, better coverage, due to power, than the unlicensed handsets.

Just tried using Firefox on Android over 4g in Aberdeen and each time I press play, the button just returns to stop.

Not taking away from the original point about how she makes the money. She pays the income tax. She could quite easily offshore and pay nothing/little in the UK, but she chooses to stay here and pay her dues.
