Again, no regrets at all but this is honestly better than I expected it to be. I just feel so invigorated. For the last few years, I really felt like I lost my love of writing (not a negative experience just much less positive than it had been).... 1/n

Nope! You use it or lose it at PSU. So I didn't have to start my clock over but the rules at PSU are that once tenured, you can get one every 6 years, so I am taking one semester right now and then won't be eligible for another until Fall 2032/Spring 2033.

I won't let another one of these pass.

I don't know how many times this needs to be said: there is no winning with these people. If you're willing to sell your soul to try and appease them, then I'm sorry but you deserve whatever they do to you.
