Yeah this is largely correct except I think normie YIMBYs (if there are such a thing) are more interested in upzoning and less familiar with building code

I might be projecting but I think most of these issues are fairly contested / unsettled among YIMBYs. There is largely unanimous consent on zoning reforms, parking minimums, and perhaps single stair. It seems like there is healthy debate about the rest especially as relate to building code.
