Oh yeah! Update: after my workout I asked to downgrade my membership, apparently you need a manager to do that even though you don’t need a manager to join or upgrade. 💀 they’re awful people!
Planet Fitness needs their ass whooped for how difficult things are with them. You can upgrade your membership at anytime EASILY on the app. If you want to downgrade the membership you have to go in person. 😂 like yeah yall really need yall ass whooped!
