I initially was positive about Apple/MLS, but I fear it's had the effect of removing the league from the sports zeitgeist at a time when the league should be far more marketable given the presence of the biggest star on the planet
Then again, I'm lukewarm on the MLS product to begin with, so YMMV

I think you can debate who the better scorer, perhaps who the better player was, based on comparing eras. But I don't think he had nearly the cultural impact Gretzky did, and certainly not the impacts Jackie Robinson and Bill Russell had through their sports, so it's a no on such a gesture for me

Jeffries is my congressman, Schumer my senator, and they're both absolutely terrible. I cannot wait to vote against them to replace them in their respective primaries in 2026 and 2028.
