20k words written so far. Draft 2 not looking too bad right now

5000 words written so far this year. Draft 2 gonna be done in no time 🫡

Happy new year! Here's hoping this one goes better than last 🫡

Every time I finish writing a scene I get hit with the overwhelming self doubt. "No one will read this, no one will like it." And then I write the next scene anyway. I'm not letting the voices win anymore.

I keep forgetting to post on here and not just twitter, oops. Happy holidays! Perfect time for me to hide in a book so I don't have to socialize with family 🙂‍↕️

It took a week, but I think I've finally got a solid plot for draft 2. Excited to start working on that tomorrow! But for now, sleep.

Going from being a twitch streamer/content creator to writing spaces is a wild culture shock. If I thought I poster syndrome couldn't be any worse, it sure can be!

Restructuring my plot for draft 2 got me so excited I can't sleep. I'm so excited to see my world and characters develop more and more into what I want them to be 🥹

I need more books to read.

Officially done my rough draft and it doesn't feel real 🫣 it's finally coming together 🥹

I'm working at a good rate to be finished my initial rough draft by the end of the month. That means I can start off 2026 revising, editing, and beginning to plan marketing more in depth. It's crazy how real this is all starting to feel 🥹

When you like your characters so much you try to reason with yourself to keep them alive, but the plot requires their death to progress... This is gonna be a rough chapter to write.

Taking the day off college and writing with a hot cup of coffee watching the snow fall through my window is a form of self care, yeah?

When will I be free from Draft 0? Will the words magically fall out of my brain and onto the page? Find out next time!
