A very warm day by MW standards (hi of 66) to reach state high point #9! Now in Maine, my 45th state to visit!

The views at The Office in Cabo are wonderful! It’s fun to go to Acre and play with the Acre dogs and see the other animals. The enchiladas (and the staff) at Los Tres Gallos in Cabo are awesome!

Today's adventure in the incredible city of Vancouver...the Grouse Grind. Approx 2620 feet of elevation gain in 1.55 miles up Grouse Mountain (over 2800 steps). Done in an 1 hour 17 mins. Not bad for a first time but people do much better. Lovely day for it with amazing views at the top!

My favorite non sports stuff was La Grand Place in Brussels - one of the most picturesque town squares in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site with structures dating back to the early 1400s. In Liège, I loved the 374 steps of the Montagne de Bueren and going on run by the Meuse River.
