Into a single domino plot highlighting the key genes standing out in the comparison while maintaining all layer information and adding the region info. Of course this goes along with leaving the distribution information out, but enables the focus on the selected genes.

In @simongraf.bsky.social study (doi.org/10.1101/2024...), we used a domino plot to break down a cluttered volcano plot across multiple comparisons, in different cortical layers.

T-FAKE: Synthesizing Thermal Images for Facial Landmarking” has been accepted at #CVPR2025! This work is a collaboration between Philipp Flotho, Moritz Piening, Anna Kukleva and Gabriele Steidl and presents novel thermal landmarking approaches for biomedical applications!
