Well, just gotta get used to double-checking the settings before streaming now, I guess.

I mean the OldUnreal devs obviously can't distribute the full games for free, but being able to download the installers still amounts to something. And I've got to applaud Epic for giving them the greenlight on it. Even if it took some time.

Credit where it's due, though, I love the turn that the story has taken. At first, it seemed like Epic didn't care about preserving their own part of video game history. Maybe they still don't, granted, but the fans do.

In a way, I just hope it'll be a good long while before he comes knocking on my door. Still got too much to cross off the bucket list.

Most of the time, I prefer not to think about death. But I can't ignore that my time in this world, like everyone else's, is finite. And there's no knowing when the grim reaper will come knocking.

That said, there is one really weird thing about CP2077...

Which is that the final act of the main story, on some level, might have pushed me ever so gently towards coming to terms with my own mortality.

Now the game isn't perfect - I ran into my fair share of bugs that could still be ironed out - but overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time with CP2077. Might even grab Phantom Liberty at some point.
