I think he deliberately positioned himself at that spot because its up a hill so you couldn't see him at a distance. He was probably there at that time because this is around the time working class people are riding home from their shift. Truly insidious. (5/5)

I should have turn around when I saw the cop but I thought he was there because of an accident down the street. He waved his hand so I thought he was going to let me pass but he made me stop instead. (4/5)

I can't see a car turning if its behind me and if its next to me i won't have enough time to react. I would much rather have a car turning into me in front of me so I can actually fucking see it. (3/5)

I then road in the direction of traffic on the way home and almost got hit by a car turning right, which is exactly what I try to avoid. Almost all of my close calls with cars were while riding in the same direction as them. (2/5)
