Hard to say. Legends in Horus Heresy are widely accepted at events so it’s a very different vibe than 40K. I’m not sure of an example of something coming out of legends, but one could imagine something like Tartaros or Breacher squads getting upgrade kits and those variants come back out of Legends

As a New Antioch player I found I had to learn how to play the hard meta before I could even begin to have a good time. The 2 dice get a 7 +/- modifiers I find super benefits people who can do quick maths

They look good to me. I’m a fan of not having a set scheme for skin colour. I always vibe it out with different tones because I think it helps the realism if the skin is a bit random when the uniforms are regimented
