Valve didn't really kill physical media on PC. The lack of a common security standard for disc drives manufacturers to follow killed it.

That point would have been valid if there were no multiplatform games in the first place and each console had it's own library.

Unless you want to build a doomsday bunker with 10 years worth of supplies for you and your family without major compromises to your lifestyle. Then you may need that kind of money.

Trying to kill my backlog. Also currently on Split Fiction with my wife. I also play Lego Horizon Adventures in parallel. Both are pretty cool, especially Split Fiction.
