Im pretty sure the PS1 had a bunch of racing games too, but as a percentage of the library, the N64 has more racing games than you’d expect, and from what I can tell, they’re mostly pretty good!

I definitely want to spend some time with games I wasn’t able to experience as a kid given my limited funds at the time (allowances circa 1998 were pretty meager). I’ll keep your recommendation in mind as I hunt for more games 😁

These are so ugly, especially compared to the boxes for DQ3 and Monsters 2 😭
