That's probably a good guess. I went through a phase like that, but that's because my ex husband tried very hard to turn me into a trad wife.

Then I'd guess it's just the way they grew up. I'm the youngest of Gen X and I've definitely seen people younger than me crash out, so Millennials. But they tend to all be yt, so that's a running theme. The status quo can be a helluva drug.

I think a lot of the shitty ones are closer to boomers age wise. That or they peaked in high school and didn't have to be a latch key kid. 🤷‍♀️
