To clear up any confusion: HealthPartners is an insurance company but in Minnesota- especially in the Twin Cities area it is also a health care provider of one major trauma center, a several hospitals and a multitude of clinics and specialty centers.

Btw, a not-for-profit - just means they have to put profits back into the company (non-profit is a charity). They put some of that 💰 into the big-wigs’ pockets 🤷♀️. Andrea fights hard against any wage increases. Happy to let experienced people leave 4 younger, less paid workforce. Good for patients???

Lol! Why? UnitedHealthcare HQ is here too 😐 HP used to be an awesome company to work for until Andrea took over. Morale has gone to shit. I spoke to the local SEIU president and he said when he started 10 yrs ago they’d have maybe 4-6 grievances at a time, rn they have nearly 70 contract violations

Had this song on repeat the minute Trump was elected the first time. I posted the YouTube link on Facebook… Trump voters I know “liked” the song as a great blast from the past. They didn’t get the reason I posted it 🙄😑

Even though I give that advice I still find myself saying, out loud, directly to them, multiple times a day, “why did you…?” As if I really expect a reasonable explanation 😂 (or an actual answer… but that’s another issue altogether 🙃). #catsbeweird 😻
