I can't help but imagine a grumpy hapter on the floor looking at the finishing line, forgetting about his trade-off as few a few racers pass him by, even the smug/bratty ones teasing him by pooping infront of him after winning.

Racing performance seems to suffer, decreasing his top speed, Charge, and lift. He does have better weight and turn.
Combat receives a major buff, with a bit more offense, and a lot of defense. A unique passive where spinning has a increased hitbox but can't use his special anymore.
