I'm team red but it's crazy how much Intel leapfrogged AMD in notebooks overnight. Toast to progress.

The argument that AI is bad because it's broken and exploited is the same argument that welfare is bad because it's broken and exploited. Y'all are the same people.

there are other very big forces at play in the research space that most AI doomers don't/won't consider, so I think it's catastrophizing to assume that the RAM drought will be as protracted as they insist

Before you wake up and decide to have an existential crisis over <INSERT DISRUPTIVE TECH>, honestly ask yourself if you're being spoonfed daily doomer content from the attention monetization machine.

Where Gemini 3 Pro was very methodical & evidence based, Gemini 3 Flash is intuiting much more of the code "world," but it has VERY good intuition. This is top tier for actual coding workflows, but bad for BS Youtube vibe coding evals, which are very long horizon tasks, so expect them to neg on it 🤡

If this holds true then it's possible Google or Meta will dethrone OpenAI. I haven't seen much world model research coming out of OpenAI.
My 2026 prediction is that it will be the year for world models. Not just the spatial world but also digital worlds, code execution worlds, social worlds, etc. This will create a monumental improvement over current models and may finally start to *resemble* AGI.

Don't be that guy that still believes LLMs alone will achieve true AGI. They only fake causality, spatial awareness, and systemic reasoning. World models might be the key to the first two. HRMs maybe for the last... share.google/Nmbx401g13jO...

I wonder if ppl complaining about claude code getting nerfed are just for the first time ever entering the last 5-10% of a project, where you have to climb out of the it's-just-a-demo uncanny valley and actually ship to prod. Something all LLMs suck at.

Next time an LLM wastes 3 hours of your life on a lie, remember that providing convincing hallucinations means the model has successfully learned to generalize a robust solution across the loss landscape instead of simply memorizing training data 🎉. And also you'll never see your $20 again.
