- Bypassing the democratic structure of the Union and using coercion in directly dealing with Union members

- Retaliation for protected activities

ULP Violations Include:
- Holding “town halls” in which the employer's labor relations counsel openly stated that the workers rights did not apply in the room

- Refusal to provide information related to bargaining that the employer has an obligation to provide under law
