The only evo requirements that really had me tearing my hair out were trying to get enough INT on a Tokomon to allow me to get Lucemon Child form.

The fun part of the evo system in the digimon story games means you can just bumble through and do whatever and still fill out the field guide.

There's only what, like.. Flamedramon, Magnamon, Rapidmon Gold, and the frontier spirit evos locked behind quests you won't have done as part of the story.

Cybersleuth complete is great on the switch due to the sleepmode bug with the farm.

Game keeps counting gameplay and farm hours while you're on sleep and AFK, so levelling in it is a breeze.

I'd recommend giving the demo a shot, if you haven't already!

At this point, I've done all the sidequests, I have about 20 or so monsters left to complete my field guide and missing 3 cards. About 80 hours, but I'm coming in off the back of the last 2 games and knowing the systems.

My GotY, easy. Story is great, environments are teeming with life and detail.

Ohhh cool! I've been watching beat break too, the story hasn't really grabbed me yet, but I'm enjoying the premise of the sapo-tamas and e-pulse.

Mostly intriqued by how Geckomon hasn't evolved but has been powering up from pulse. Seems about the same as ghost game so far!

Yeah, that's also fair. Though my experience with pokemon for a while was spending 30 hours just in busywork EV Training and breeding stuff.

I wish they would make the mechanics to min-max your team for online play more accessible.
