Either way, what I can say is I'm sure we are supposed to be having these conversations about Garp. Dragon would not exist as a character, would not have had that single line of dialogue with Garp, were we not supposed to talk about it. It was a very heavy hitting scene

Ppl are going "this is what Oda's trying to say" this author believes interpretation of his media is a great thing, I do not believe there's a single answer on how to see Garp and this is WHY One Piece is great. All I can tell you is how I see Garp and why I don't agree with him
