I tried out Opera GX today (Chrome's been bugging out lately)...
Somehow (they have built in browser games) I ended up playing an space rat roguelike 😅

Option #2 if you don't use OBS to stream or would simply rather use a twitch extension:

All you have to do is hit install, enable the Video Overlay or Panel, log in to the Companion website, and Start Closed Captioning.

Stream Closed Captioner Details: Easily increase the accessibility of your stream by adding Closed Captioning for your viewers. All you have to do is enable the Video Overlay or Panel, log in to the Companion website, and Start Closed Captioning. Now your viewers with accessibility needs can experience your stream in a whole new way, automatically offering more value to your channel for viewers from all walks of life. Viewers can hide the text or change the text size from small/medium/large sizes and drag it around the screen so it doesn't block the action. Change the text box size from horizontal or box size based on preference. You can also install it as a panel so viewers can pop it out into a separate window for easier reading. Viewers can also activate translation for several languages for 1 day on your channel using bits (this requires bits to help cover for translation service). Broadcasters also have their own settings to control how they want the Captions to show up.

Every viewer can choose whether or not they would like to turn them on or off, customize the appearance, and even change the placement.

The captions stick in both VODs and clips. AND you can download transcripts of each stream!

The first option (if you use OBS) is a plugin which provides a convenient dashboard within OBS to view and customize captions.

It naturally has support for other languages and even other accents!
