The cases against Letitia James and James Comey have been dismissed. Wish it was "with prejudice", but I would be very surprised if this corrupt DOJ tries this stunt again. Of course, if the orange felon pushes hard enough his lap dog little miss Pam will probably refile.

We moved my website from HostGator to GreenGreeks and now my mail won't work again. Such joy. I know Ken and the team at Orphic will get it fixed, but damn why doesn't everything have to be a struggle?

I took a break from horses today. It rained all day (which was lovely), and met some fellow movie/TV people for brunch. Then I came home and wrote. Which has been very, very nice

I can't stop crying over the fate of the whale on the Oregon coast. I so desperately wanted something good to happen, just one win in this time of such utter darkness with ACE seizing people off the streets & pedophiles at the top of our government & people losing their health care & SNAP.

I love this picture of Loki I grabbed this morning because he looks like he's waiting to order and he is not happy with the level of service at this establishment.

I had a young trainer ride Vento today, and Andrea lunged Odyssey so I finally got some writing down on both novels... in between taking the trash to the dump, and picking up wine for Thanksgiving dinner, and... and... and....
I desperately need a wife.

OMG! I have finally seen the northern lights. These were taken from the hill in front of my house at 10:00 tonight.

Robert's knows his Court is about to slide into utter irrelevance if they didn't start throwing people the occasional bone. Now he can continue to rule entirely in favor of corporations, and gutting the Voting Rights Act which is all the conservatives on the court really want to do.

Dear Rick, I'm very confused by these sites that tell me Trump's approval is at 42%. Listening to you and Andrew this seems fanciful. So, what is going on? Are these aggregate numbers?

New Covid booster achieved. This is the New Hotness that helps protects against the new variants. As usual the reaction is starting to hit, so I'll go to bed early and sleep it off. Small price to pay to protect me against Covid.

This is monstrous. The Nuremberg trials can’t come soon enough.
ICE grabs father by the neck—send him into violent seizure while his arms lock up around his toddler.

"He's having seizure and they're trying to rip the baby out of his hands!"

Agents then handcuff him—before putting in ambulance with his child.

Mother is detained by agents as target of arrest.

Were only 3 issues on my ballot here in rural New Mexico. Fund protection of our environment, bond issues to fund public schools & to select two members of a college board. I always vote yes for education & to protect the environment & I hope the people I selected will protect universities.

Trump has about as much respect for The People's House as he does for the people.

Here is a close up of the other two stickers that I got at my polling place yesterday. Gods, I love my state.

Oh what a relief. Democratic sweep! Now if we just hold the judges in PA that will be the cherry on top this lovely Tuesday Election Day.

Just made my appointment for the new Covid vaccine. I want to be protected against the new variants. Already had my flu vaccine and the new pneumonia shot, because I'm not an idiot and I know vaccines are our friends

Just finished watching the 3rd season of The Diplomat. Damn, talk about ending on a cliffhanger. Hope we don't have to wait one of two years for season 4.

I will really be glad when Odyssey is no longer a teenager. He got new shoes Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday we had a surprise rain storm and he took the opportunity to go off running and bucking. He was so far off the ground the barn manager said he looked like a deer.

First the tasteless Trumps destroyed the Rose Garden. Then he moved on to shredding the Constitution and the rule of Law. Then he shat on Americans in an AI post And now he's destroying the White House, the Peoples House. I have never hated anyone as much as I hate Trump.
