In her youth, Delilah was a pageant queen and refused all her young beaus waiting for “the one” who would take her away from this one stoplight town. Never married and realized she was perfectly fine and enough all by herself. Still slaying at 82.

Even though this is not technically true, the reality is that much of CA is very rural and very red. I live in the North State and it is as MAGA as somewhere in the South. I doubt this ballot measure will go anywhere sadly.
