By analyzing cultural organizing networks locally, this study demonstrates how to conduct community-engaged research that reflects salient contemporary social justice issues, highlighting shifts in cultural public discourse.
I triangulate my unique access to and experience with the local cultural activism space by employing digital and video ethnography, critical discourse analysis, and ethnographic survey techniques, in order to create a multimodal investigation of my research questions.
