Don't yell at retail workers in general, please, but especially not over things we can't control. I can't magically make your SNAP benefits appear if you scream at me.
I'm making minimum wage for a company that hates its workers & just barely obeys labor laws. What power do you think I have?

And before anyone says "you can load from a backup!" I tried, it didn't work, and I'd rather just start over than attempt dealing with customer support...

I got him to his vet asap and she did some x-rays, but didn't see anything internally wrong other than mild arthritis... if he's not better by Tuesday, he goes back in for blood tests. 😮‍💨

He nibbled at some hay last night and a tiny bit of lettuce this morning, but otherwise, his only nutrition has been the syringe feeding sessions since Thursday... i'm worried for the little booger. 🥺💔
