Important to note, this is for five adults. We’ve tripled the corn pudding recipe because it’s incredibly delicious and if there aren’t leftovers I’ll be bereft.

Tbh I don’t really follow the details, I just enjoy the results. It seems like some combination of dry rub and lots of butter on the skin, but there seem to be many steps. Whatever he does, it both looks gorgeous and tastes delicious!

Sounds like a wonderful event! I’m curious: does she talk about women in the book in a sustained manner? The TOC and what I can search on Google books suggests that there are a few references to women but no major discussions.
