I was thinking something like this Vivienne Westwood gown, but my husband looked at it and said “Oh, for the Eagles?” and… hmm. (I’m sure these things are planned far in advance, though, and it probably would be more connected to how soon she intends to announce Rep/Debut TV.)

Playoff bracelets! After making a Detroit Lions bracelet last week (sigh… maybe next year), I decided to make bracelets in honor of our favorite TE and backup dancer.

Not for sale. I’m still practicing jewelry making and don’t trust these things not to fall apart, so I just make them for myself.
Three open bracelets lined up horizontally on a black background. The first has glass beads in various shades of blue with silver spacer beads. In the center, there are two ceramic footballs surrounding silver circular beads reading ONE PRIDE with a round Detroit Lions logo charm dangling underneath. The second has round green stone beads with silver spacer beads. In the center, there are silver rectangular beads reading NEW HEIGHTS, with a ceramic football framed by silver spacer beads between the two words. The third is made primarily of gold circular beads reading KNEW HE WAS A KILLA, with red glass beads acting as spacer beads. At each end is a ceramic football bead. Dangling below the bracelet are three charms. The first is a gold arrow, the second is a small round charm with a tiny picture of Travis Kelce in a white Chiefs jersey framed in gold, and the third is a small length of wire with gold circular number beads reading 87, bracketed with two red glass beads.

After months of making elastic bracelets with plastic beads, I broke into my old bead stash and made my first fancy bracelet with glass beads and a clasp. I like how it turned out, though I might remake it with a stronger string and different flower charms.
A bracelet made from dark gray glass beads, silver spacer beads, silver charms, and round silver alphabet beads. There are two flower charms, a moon charm, and a planet-shaped charm, and the alphabet beads read I HATE IT HERE.
