…then there’s also IPs with no clinical experience and no nothing. I kind of suspect they tried to correct themselves as THEY didn’t know they were the same thing….

lol anytime a patient is born after 2000 my mind cannot comprehend their actual age. Born in 2001….you mean this 4 year old isn’t 4 an is instead 24?!?

I realized the same a few years ago……I was gifted a trial of super pricey vitamin c and I was immediately distressed realizing it was soooooooo much better than my cheaper vitamin c.

Also from a communicable disease perspective….please no fabric fluffy toilet seat…..
Has anyone tried eating fiber such as fruits and vegetables so sitting on the toilet for an extended period isn’t needed??
