I haven't. But the author's utter reliance on Polanski and a few other interested parties for his interpretation (and the absence of interviews with so many key players) felt slanted, unreliable to me. Just my opinion, of course!

Not a fan of that book! I found its argument unpersuasive. But I know many people love it.
