True, a friend of mine was almost killed by her nan‘s dog as a child, it was truly horrifying

I know! I remember a walk in the woods and suddenly a dog came running out of the bushes, almost human-sized, saw us and started growling and lowering its head, looking ready to charge. I was actually afraid for my life in that moment

as someone who's afraid of dogs I agree - including normalising letting a dog run loose in the woods, and being on the phone/with headphones on while walking a dog without a lead in the city. I hardly go running anymore, it's too scary

it doesn't seem to make too much sense to just mash best cities "to visit, live in, and invest in" together -- those are very different things
