For junior folks and/or those unable to work during this time, etc, *receiving* emails from those in power upon return to work is so much better than seeing that the same emails were sent *whilst* you were off…
With the approaching the start of the holidays please remember that HOW to ‘switch off’ is your thing. There’s no manual. Whatever suits you. Checking emails is not a crime during this time but it’s good practice -if you email back- to schedule sending for when the holiday is over.
