I unexpectedly ended up working from home today because I had to leave the business event early. My allergies caused me to get a headache as soon as I entered the room. So be it. I'm making the best of it: being efficient at my desk (being all dressed up 💅).

Yesterday in the morning, I was swimming in the pool, and today I'm back at my desk in the office. I admit, the change is hard and my brain is now a bit foggy. But the family vacation in #Croatia was great and I had plenty of time to soak up the sun and read. I'm looking forward to next year!

I'm trying to find a new bedtime routine to help me unwind after a stressful day. Apparently, endlessly scrolling through Reels isn't great for my brain. Over the last few days, I've had success with the #Odio app, where I listen to atmospheric sounds through my noise-cancelling headphones.

Hotel bills for stays booked through Booking.com are a real pain in the ass because the platform resells the bookings and the buyers then send documents that our accounting department struggles to deal with. We stopped using this platform.

The kids make ice cream in small molds in the freezer. It's incredibly sticky and annoying, but at least we've finished our physics lesson for the day. 😅
