Today, above I-76 on Greenland Dr. across from Strawberry Mansion Bridge in Philadelphia, Pa, on the eve of Juneteenth events happening not far from here, these flags were being flown around 3:45pm.

This kind of behavior depicted in this screen shot is concerning for ANY public official and the fact it is being ignored is a problem. Who is this and why do they have their hands on a sitting US Senator AT ALL?

This…no way, is the guy law enforcement? No US Senator Republican or Democrat should have hands on them in this manner by someone from the general public. Who is this person? 🚩🚩🚩
