That's a cop out, they put in place, mechanisms to improve on it, that's why we have amendments. You're right about them but the document is the responsibility of future legislators to progress it and amend it

And if any one of them are too old to take on those responsibilities in a timely manner, they need to step aside 😡

The only peace plan that is acceptable is Russia to leave completely and stop attacking
