The planner you will use is the one that is worth the money you spend. If that price point for a specific planner helps you remember to use it, or it’s just formatted how you like, it’s worth the money. $65 for something you use every day versus $3 for something you never use, the $65 is better.

I mean even if you get a note from the HoA, it’s probably close enough that they wouldn’t do anything if you just ignored it until the appropriate time rolled around. 🤷🏻♂️

Yes, Galaxy 2 pulls a Lost Levels and picks up basically at the end of Galaxy in terms of difficulty, but that allows it to do some really fun and creative level design assuming the player is skilled from the start.

Making me buy the area maps with a hard to grind currency, making the map itself not easy to read, and making the compass an equipable skill all feel pretty crappy. I like Silksong a lot, but it’s not friendly design at all.

I appreciate the thoughtful response. Truly. I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about where I fall on this topic and it’s far from firm at this point. The failure is where most of the learning occurs. I don’t think AI prevents any of that when used as a learning tool. It’s when it’s used to “do” and

In the end everyone is going to find their own line to draw with AI. It’s not going anywhere. But using it to create “art” is garbage. Using it to teach yourself new techniques or skills is fine imo, but people disagree with that too. This should be too far for anyone though.
