I did not see him as kissing the ring. It looked to me like Mamdani got the better of that exchange. It looked to me like Mamdani was humbling Dump. Donnie Taco was in awe of Mamdani's charisma, and undeniable popularity. In the meeting, Taco 2Dolls basically admitted to being a fascist.
